Colorful Markets provides guided tours of Australian fruit markets, including Sydney Markets and Queen Victoria Market. Our services include guided market tours, fruit tasting sessions, and photography workshops as described on our website. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these services without notice.

All descriptions of services and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Colorful Markets. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via major credit cards and electronic funds transfer. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your tour. This serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please ensure all information is correct at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

In the event that Colorful Markets needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions, market closures, or insufficient bookings), we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Tour Conduct

For the enjoyment and safety of all participants, we ask that you:

• Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time
• Follow the instructions of your tour guide at all times
• Respect other market vendors, customers, and tour participants
• Do not touch produce without permission
• Wear appropriate footwear and weather-appropriate clothing

Colorful Markets reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or to remove participants from tours if they engage in disruptive behavior, appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise compromise the safety or enjoyment of other participants.

6. Health and Allergies

Our tours involve tasting various fruits and produce. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that all foods will be allergen-free.

Tours involve walking through market environments, which may include uneven surfaces, crowds, and varying weather conditions. Participants should be in reasonable health and able to stand and walk for the duration of the tour (typically 1-2.5 hours).

7. Photography and Publicity

Colorful Markets may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use images of you for marketing, social media, and website content.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify your tour guide at the beginning of the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from promotional materials, but cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background of some images.

8. Limitation of Liability

Colorful Markets, its employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from any accident or incident whatsoever which is caused during the tour or while using our services.

We are not responsible for personal belongings or equipment left unattended during tours. Participants are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.

While we strive to provide accurate information about the markets, products, and their properties, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all statements. Use of any information provided is at your own risk.

9. Website Use

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our website.
